Prepare Your Device/s For Shipment
- Remove Personal Account information and (if possible) remove iCloud or Google account from your Phone or Tablet
- Remove iCloud lock or Android account from your device/s
Follow the steps detailed below to ensure the device can be used in our program. Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional help.
We care about your privacy and security. Every device that arrives at our doorstep will get the same treatment. All devices are reset to their original factory settings – assuring you that no one will ever be able to access any information still on your phone or tablet. But you can also help us out by resetting the devices BEFORE you send them in.
Please remove any SIM cards from the devices you want to donate if possible. If you can’t do this, don’t worry. It’s the first thing we do when a phone or tablet arrives at our location.
Click here to print our US Post Office mailing label. If you can, please protect the devices by wrapping them in something that will protect them in shipping (i.e. – bubble wrap or newspaper). Don’t be afraid to over-tape the box or envelope that you use to ship.
