Vincent Dobbs is a Veteran helping a Veteran. Born and raised in Atlanta, he attended Tulane University before joining the U.S. Navy in 1974. He served for nine years and remained in the active reserves for another 12. A life-changing encounter 20 years ago with a homeless man sparked a deep calling, leading Vincent to start a street ministry that has since helped hundreds of homeless veterans and others in need of finding hope and stability. Realizing how essential communication is for those trying to rebuild their lives, he founded Phones for Veterans, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing phones and connectivity to veterans in need.

Tina Langlais is a results-driven leader with over 15 years of management experience, known for her exceptional ability to lead large teams and oversee complex operations. Based in Texas, she shares her life with her husband and is a proud mother of two daughters. Throughout her career, Tina has successfully managed departments of over 100 staff and budgets exceeding $2 million, demonstrating expertise across organizational planning, business development, finance, strategic analysis, marketing, contracting, and overall operations management.

Driven by a deep sense of service and patriotism, Tina was honored to join the board of Phones for Veterans, where she continues to give back to a community close to her heart. Her unwavering support for veterans is rooted in her strong faith and enduring love for the United States. Tina brings not only strategic insight but also a compassionate commitment to those who have served.
