Why we started
A Veteran helping another Veteran
'A Veteran myself, I understand what the struggle means post service!'- Vincent Dobbs
He understood that a smartphone was no longer a luxury, but an absolute necessity for anyone attempting to re-enter civilian society. Through this organization, he continues to distribute fully paid smartphones and data plans to struggling veterans who otherwise feel entirely invisible to the modern world.
A simple ringtone could herald the profound beginning of a veteran's redemption and we are ready for it!

Executive Director
Executing The Mission
Originally from Grayson, Georgia, Marlee has spent many years working in the nonprofit community, where she has developed a deep passion for service, building meaningful partnerships, and creating programs that make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
For Marlee, the mission of Phones For Veterans is also personal. Growing up with a grandfather who served in the military gave her an early appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve our country and the families who stand behind them.
As Executive Director, Marlee leads the growth and development of Phones For Veterans, working alongside businesses, nonprofit organizations, community partners, and volunteers to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
Marlee believes that something as simple as staying connected can make an incredible difference. Through her leadership at Phones For Veterans, she is committed to honoring those who have served by building a community that continues to show up for them long after their military service has ended.
